Intellectual property protection has become an increasingly important part of business. Cymtek Labs respects all intellectual property and take comprehensive measures to ensure the confidentiality of all projects.
All intellectual property is 100% transferred to the client;
Sign Customer Protection Agreement (CPA) with all related parties;
All material and product used in Cymtek Labs are managed by specific code (C011);
All electronic documents are password protected;
All paper documents are stored and locked;
All critical data will be stored in dedicated computers for specific projects or specific customers- only be accessible to current project team members.
No publication or public presentation related to client projects would be allowed unless with written agreement
from the client, and all original lab notebooks can be shipped to the client (FTE) for archive upon request.
